The Central facade
The Building

Forty metres of Swakopmund.

Architecture

A landmark, quietly composed.

The Central reads as a single horizontal gesture above the town — a slim glass volume crowned by a deep timber canopy that shades the rooftop lounge and frames every view east, west, north and south.

Stone, travertine and Namibian timber are used throughout, chosen to age with the salt air and the desert light.
